REFUSAL AND CLAIMS


  • You can cancel your order within 30 days of receiving it.
  • The return of the shipment is free, regardless of its value!
  • Products for return must be in the condition in which they were purchased, without having been treated in any way.
  • Log in to your profile and select the order whose item/s you wish to return.
  • Press the "REQUEST A RETURN" button and select the desired item/s.
  • Enter the reason for return in the blank field.
  • Choose one of the following two refund methods:
    • In a virtual wallet - this is your personal DressYou account. We recommend that you choose this option so that you receive the amount of your return as soon as it is processed and can use it for a new purchase.
    • By bank transfer - if you choose a refund by bank transfer, you need to select one of your already saved bank accounts or create a new one by entering the three names of the account holder and the IBAN (account number). The refund of the amount by bank transfer is carried out within 14 days from the date of approval of the return.
  • Specify a return method by selecting one of your already saved addresses/offices or creating a new one.
  • Press the "SAVE" button and you will notice that the selected items acquire a "RETURN REQUESTED" status.
  • Once your request has been processed, you will receive a return bill of lading by email.
